The Lebanon Church of Christ had verses from Psalm 23 up for a few months and it didn't even bother me a bit. The Mormon Tabernacle Choir sings this Psalm on their cd Heavensong and it is one of the most beautiful things I have ever heard from them.
Heavensong is my favorite MOTAB CD. I especially love the Pavane.
On another note, I'm so grateful the Psalmist was inspired to record this beautiful Psalm. It's been a source of inspiration to me and many millions more in situations of trial and distress.
